<p>Side note: it&#8217;s pretty certain that all of the extremely endangered Attwaters Prairie Chickens on the Texas City 2,000 acre reserve owned by the Nature Conservancy will die&#8211; the storm surge alone will drown them.</p>
<p>that will leave only the handful that are further inland out by Eagle Lake and Goliad.</p>
